Finding Myrddin published…

I am thrilled that my new novel ‘Finding Myrddin’ has just been published two days ago with Juniper Press. Set on a marginal hill farm in Cumbria, the main character is a young farmer, Dan, who has mysterious gifts.

The official launch I hope will be in January. Already doing radio and talks. Thank you for the great early reviews. It has taken me, as usual , a rather long time. I am usually writing two books at once, though the term ‘at once’ is a bit misleading. ‘Tamarisk: Love and War in France’ which came out in 2024, took 43 years and this one took just 20! And my husband Colin is actually reading it! I am so excited that he is on page 217, and usually quite taciturn, says he is loving it. No arm twisting involved.
